Personal Training
Tim has been training to improve performance in sports (and life) for over 20 years! Jackie has been around sports her whole life and has an inherent understanding of performance. Together, we have the taken the journey from fat couch potatoes to lean, strong athletes!
We work with folks who are trying to get healthy, get stronger, and/or lose weight. We also do personal training with those wanting to improve their technique in the powerlifts. We've helped crossfit coaches, crossfiter athletes, and powerlifters improve their execution of the squat, bench press, and deadlift, and we'd love to help you!
How we'll get down to business
RBBF offers one-on-one or small group personal training in inner-NE Portland. Sessions are typically one hour and include a warm-up and a workout. We work with many clients who consult with us once every week or two, while working-out on their own several times per week. This structure is a great option for those with schedule or geography challenges. We also have availability for one or more sessions per week. Contact us today for pricing and availability.
