Join us for a fun team event hosted by Redbeard Barbell and Crossfit Magnus. This event will combine Powerlifting, and Weightlifing, with a nod to crossfit. Teams will be made up of 3 athletes (any gender), one team member squats, one bench presses, and one cleans. We'll finish the challenge with a team 4th event to be announced at the day of.
Scoring will be adjusted for body weight & gender. CASH PRIZES!!!

Tim and Jackie will be at this event taking their practical exams to become USPA Judges!
We're welcoming lifters from around the Portland metro area to come train with us for free! We'd love to have you join us for this 3hr training session. Bring your programming, and your good attitude and we'll lift together. Should be a great opportunity to meet lifters from around the area, and hopefully make new friends in the sport!
Tim and Jackie will be competing together as a team in their first meet of 2016, on Valentine's Day weekend!
We'll be running a mock meet during our Sunday team workout (Sunday Skwaat Day), for our athletes who are competing for the first time in April. Let us know if you'd like to participate!
